Employment & Labor Attorney (2–6 Years)

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established firm with a robust Employment & Labor practice, is seeking an associate attorney with 2–6 years of experience representing employers in labor and employment matters. The firm handles high-stakes litigation, compliance counseling, workplace investigations, and EEOC claims across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in federal and state court litigation
- Represent clients before the EEOC and NLRB
- Conduct workplace investigations and advise on compliance
- Draft policies, employee handbooks, and training materials
- Support complex class action and wage & hour cases (FLSA, ADA, Title VII)
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of employment litigation experience
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in the state bar (or ability to waive in)
- Strong writing and client communication skills
Preferred:
- T25 law school or strong regional credentials
- Experience advising on union negotiations or HR audits
