Location: Multiple U.S. Offices + Virtual Option (Remote Available)

Compensation: $225K–$260K+ (DOE, Location-Based)

About the Role

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Consumer Finance Regulatory & Compliance Associate to join its growing Consumer Financial Services Practice. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role supporting financial institutions and consumer lenders on compliance, regulatory guidance, and product development.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and implement compliance policies, procedures, and disclosures
• Advise on federal and state consumer finance laws including:
• 
  
• Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA)
• TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID)
• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
• Counsel clients on risk strategy, enforcement actions, and consumer lending products

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in consumer finance, regulatory compliance, or financial services law
• Law firm background preferred
• Exceptional judgment and multitasking ability
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Admission to practice law in the applicable state or commitment to obtain licensure

Compensation Disclosure

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Chicago, Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC only is $225,000 – $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus.
