Salary Range: $215,000 – $395,000

Top global firm seeks a Trade Associate to counsel clients on export controls, sanctions, customs, and cross-border trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions
• Assist with compliance assessments, investigations & licensing
• Draft memoranda, compliance programs & regulatory responses
• Conduct risk assessments for cross-border transactions

Ideal Background

• 2–6 years ITAR/EAR/OFAC experience
• Experience with tech, aerospace, or defense clients helpful
• Strong research/writing skills
