A Day in the Life:

Expect to handle a mix of copyright, trademark, and domain name work—clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. You’ll collaborate with a team that values practical business sense and advocacy, serving clients across industries in the nation’s capital.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant IP experience
• Admitted to the Washington, DC Bar
• Experience in trademark/copyright matters and IP litigation
• Law school transcript required

Standout Skills:

• Knowledge of federal IP policy or regulatory frameworks
• Experience with UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy) proceedings
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) for international IP matters
• Leadership in pro bono IP initiatives
