• 4–8+ years of sophisticated finance experience
• Background from an AmLaw, elite boutique, or peer-level firm
• Strong drafting, deal management, and client-facing skills
• Ability to run transactions independently with limited supervision
• Interest in working with major financial institutions and sponsor clients
