Position: Corporate/M&A Associate (3–6 years)

Salary Range: $205,000 – $375,000

Role Overview

A leading global law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to support M&A, private equity, and complex corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in public and private M&A deals
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, JV agreements, and governance documents
• Lead due diligence and transaction management
• Advise on corporate governance and strategic business matters

Ideal Background

• 3–6 years M&A/corporate experience
• Private equity experience preferred
• Strong drafting & deal management
• IL Bar or waiver-eligible
