We’re representing a top-tier Labor & Employment practice seeking a junior–midlevel associate (2–4 years) with large law firm experience to join an elite L&E team in Orange County, CA.

The ideal candidate brings:

✨ Outstanding academics & strong writing skills

⚖️ Employment litigation experience

👥 Experience with single-plaintiff cases

📚 Background in class actions & PAGA representative actions

🔍 Experience conducting fact investigations

💼 Employment counseling exposure (advice & counsel)

🎓 Active California Bar (required)

💰 Salary Range (CA): $225,000 – $310,000
