Commercial Litigation Associate

Location: Miami, FL & Plano, TX

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000 per year

Job Description:

The Commercial Litigation Associate will handle business disputes, breach of contract claims, fraud litigation, and regulatory investigations. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school

• 3-7 years of litigation experience in commercial disputes

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Admission to the Florida or Texas Bar
