We are a rapidly growing tree service company in Austin, Texas, is seeking a dynamic Sales Arborist to join our team. As a Sales Arborist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, creating a robust pipeline, building your book of business, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
● Ensure Excellence: Maintain a high level of excellence in business dealings, showcasing attention to detail, a strong memory for client details, and efficient communication for personalized and prompt interactions.
● Independent Business Development: Take ownership of generating new business through various channels, utilizing a combination of door knocking, cold calling, networking, warm leads (when available), and other creative approaches.
● Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales channels to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. This includes knocking on doors around job sites, placing signs with trackable contact information, relationship building (networking), and exploring multiple lead sources.
● Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with Homeowners
Associations (HOAs), Property Managers, wedding venues, apartment complexes, businesses, and other potential lead sources.
● ISA Certified Arborist Expertise: Utilize your certification as an arborist to identify trees, estimate pricing competitively, and stay informed about industry trends for effective pricing adjustments.
● Utilize Company Resources: Receive company-provided tools, including a phone, computer, and vehicle for estimates and client interactions.
● Sales Follow-Up: Learn and implement effective follow-up strategies, securing referrals and additional business from satisfied clients.
Requirements:
● ISA Certified Arborist: Must hold a certification as an arborist with the ability to identify trees and estimate pricing accurately.
● Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards generating leads and building a sales pipeline.
● Sales Activity Quotas: Commit to meeting daily and weekly outbound activity quotas, including door knocking, calls, and other lead generation activities.
● CRM Utilization: Input every call and interaction into the CRM, providing detailed notes to enhance client management and future opportunities.
● Adaptability: Adjust sales motions based on provided guidance and evolving market dynamics.
Compensation:
Based on experience, base plus commission
● Expected Total Compensation: $80,000-$160,000
