Wilder Tree Company is a thriving tree service based in Austin, Texas, committed to delivering top-notch arboriculture services. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Crew Leader/Foreman.

Responsibilities:

Crew Coordination and Scheduling:

● Travel with the crew throughout the day. 

● Ensure crews follow detailed job information and route, and keep the team moving at the appropriate pace to maximize productivity. 

● Downtime at job sites will be used to upsell clients, door-knock neighbors for additional sales, help the crew, etc. 

● When the job is completed you will be in charge of collecting payment from the client on-site. 

● Spanish speaking a plus

Communication:

● Coordinate with the operations manager to help keep CRM updated

● Notify clients in advance of crew arrivals on a daily basis. Maintain ongoing communication regarding any schedule or status changes.

Inventory Management:

● Keep tool inventory reports and track any damages, losses, or purchase orders appropriately

Qualifications:

● Trustworthy

● Able to work without supervision

● Leadership 

● Strong organizational and communication skills

● Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Location: In person beginning at the yard - travel to job sites throughout the day. Own transportation and valid driver's license required.

Schedule:

● 10 hour shift

● Monday to Friday

● Weekends as needed

Salary Range:

Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
