The maintenance team is expanding and seeking experienced professionals to support high-speed production operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with strong mechanical expertise to maintain and repair production equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Conveyor system experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery
• Maintain bulk material transfer, processing, and packaging systems
• Work with utilities and large mechanical systems
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and plant safety standards
• Utilize computer systems for documentation and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical/trade school or apprenticeship preferred
• 2–5 years of maintenance mechanic or millwright experience in manufacturing
• Experience with high-speed production equipment
• Skilled in handling various power voltage levels safely
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Conveyor system experience highly preferred
• Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping

Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing plant environment with noise, dust, and temperature variation
• Frequent bending, climbing, crouching, and standing
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

2ND & 3RD SHIFT ONLY

3rd Shift:

• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday – Thursday)

2nd Shift:

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Sunday – Thursday)
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
