Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our high-end custom cabinetry and millwork shop. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $30-$40 – Based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC routers for custom cabinetry components

Interpret and execute cut lists, shop drawings, and digital files (DXF, CAD, Cabinet Vision)

Ensure accuracy and finish quality in all machined parts

Perform quality checks to verify parts meet design specifications

Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot as needed

Collaborate with designers and shop floor team to meet production goals

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience operating CNC routers in woodworking or cabinetmaking

Familiarity with CNC software (Moziak or similar)

Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, joinery, and tolerances

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut sheets

Excellent attention to detail and finish quality

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or related training is a plus)
