HVAC Technician (Commercial)

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is focused on servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for a variety of commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, exhaust systems, and related commercial equipment
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and recommend appropriate repairs
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with customers while providing excellent service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
• Follow all company safety policies and industry standards

Qualifications

• Previous commercial HVAC service experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working on commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Plenty of overtime opportunities
• Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation

Compensation & Benefits

• $27.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
