Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify leads in the event and party rental industry. This role involves outreach to businesses such as schools, churches, and companies, identifying potential clients, and passing qualified leads to the sales team. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Execute targeted outreach strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the event or rental industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to generate and close qualified leads.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • In-person role, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM.
  • Competitive base salary plus commission on qualified leads.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
