Job description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 225- unit residential property. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to residents while ensuring the property maintains high occupancy rates and operates efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities

● Oversee all aspects of property operations for a 225-unit residential community

● Manage resident relations including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and

addressing resident concerns

● Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services

● Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards

● Process rental applications and handle lease renewals

● Oversee rent collection and maintain financial records

● Develop and implement marketing strategies to minimize vacancies

● Prepare and manage property budgets

● Ensure compliance with all housing laws and regulations

Requirements

● 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family residential

settings

● Proficiency in Yardi property management software

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations

● Excellent organizational and time management abilities

● Problem-solving skills with attention to detail

● Professional demeanor and leadership qualities

Compensation & Hours

● Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)

● Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities

● Standard hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

● Must be flexible to accommodate occasional after-hours emergencies or special events

as needed
