Make an Impact with Intervene K-12

Are you a passionate bilingual educator ready to drive meaningful change for students? Intervene K-12 is hiring a Bilingual Content and Instruction Coach to help lead instructional quality, English Learner (EL) programming, assessment systems, and tutor development.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work alongside our Director of Curriculum & Instruction to design and scale innovative programs that improve student outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead instructional initiatives and support tutor evaluations, training, and coaching
• Guide curriculum strategy, with a focus on culturally relevant and rigorous secondary content
• Support EL programming aligned with WIDA, TELPAS, and other state requirements
• Oversee assessment automation and performance dashboards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with curriculum, tech, product, and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (Spanish required) – certification or fluency in written and spoken Spanish
• 5+ years of experience as a K-12 teacher or interventionist (EL/Title I background strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of RTI/MTSS and academic interventions
• Experience leading instructional programs or academic projects
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with education technology tools
• Based in Houston, TX (hybrid – must be local or willing to relocate)
