On behalf of our client, a well-established and respected construction equipment dealership operating in Atlantic Canada, we are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the service department by coordinating work orders, communicating with customers and technicians, and helping ensure the efficient flow of service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service work for technicians and shop operations
- Open, manage, and close work orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and status of repairs
- Support the Service Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate parts availability and collaborate closely with the parts department
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and invoicing information
- Assist in prioritizing urgent repairs and managing workflow in a busy environment
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a service coordination, dispatch, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Experience within construction equipment, heavy equipment, trucking, automotive, agriculture, or related industries would be considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
