Overview:


We are seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals to provide temporary administrative support for our ongoing HR file migration project. The successful candidates will assist in scanning hard copy files, ensuring the electronic versions are correctly named, and organizing documents into appropriate folders on the new platform. This temporary role is crucial to the success of our project and will require diligent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scan and digitize hard copy HR files.
  • Ensure electronic versions of documents are named accurately.
  • Organize electronic documents into the correct folders on the new platform.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.


Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar project or HR environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with scanning equipment and document management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Availability to work at various locations as required.


Locations and Duration:


  • Windsor, ON [Duration 2 weeks]
  • Ojibway, ON: [Duration 2 Weeks]
  • Mine Seleine, QC [Duration 3-4 weeks]
