Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations and production teams
• Oversee production planning, labour scheduling, inventory, and shipping
• Ensure food safety, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and team performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational systems

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, poultry, or a similar production environment
• Strong background in production planning, labour management, and plant operations
• Experience with inventory control, production scheduling, and food safety programs
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver operational results
• Experience implementing ERP, inventory, or production management systems is an asset
