Next Level Group is an executive search firm partnering with Manufacturing companies throughout Canada and the US. We have been a driving force in the North American staffing industry since 2011. We built our staffing agency on the need for business and staffing solution partnerships in industries that are honest, ethical, and professional in their practices. We are currently looking for a Service Technician with an Equipment Dealership located near Moncton, NB.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and recondition customer and company equipment as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Trouble shoot hydraulic, electrical, fuel and cooling systems and diesel engines.
• Navigate computer systems and technical manuals to search and order parts.
• Exceptional customer service skills and take a pride in quality workmanship.
• Maintain detailed records for parts and labour hours for each service job.
• Perform field service jobs efficiently and remaining courteous at all times.
• Be available to attend service training courses at company training facilities around North America.
• Keep the shop, tool room and common service areas neat, clean and safe at all times.
• Shift work and on call duty.

Qualifications

• Heavy Equipment Service Technician Certificate, or currently in the process of obtaining this.
• Working knowledge of agricultural equipment and precision systems.
• Able to navigate various computer programs.
• Highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work both independently or with a team.
• Agricultural industry experience an advantage.
• Valid drivers license and passport.
