About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing construction company in Atlantic Canada, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Charlottetown team. This role is key in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget while leading and supporting project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in safety, coaching and inspiring teams to uphold company standards.
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and client satisfaction. (Approximately 75% office, 25% on-site)
- Ensure scope of work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Develop and execute estimating strategies to support successful project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, and performance checkpoints to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
- PMP designation or working toward it considered an asset.
- 3–5 years of experience managing interior systems on commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software tools.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
