Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Service Department processes to ensure satisfaction for both internal and external customers
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to support long-term growth
- Motivate, coach, and develop employees to achieve high performance
- Plan, manage, and execute all Service Department functions, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain effective team dynamics
- Monitor and manage business plans with an emphasis on growth, budgeting, profitability, and labour efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience in the agriculture industry
- Strong technical background
- Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
- Knowledge of major agricultural equipment brands and competitive products
