Are you a people-person who thrives on keeping customers happy and operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Kitchener and help build strong relationships with our customers while ensuring efficient order management and supply chain solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for assigned customers, providing excellent service and timely responses.
- Process orders and purchase orders (POs) from receipt to shipment—ability to read quotes and POs is an asset.
- Collaborate with sales teams, supply chain, and internal departments to resolve inquiries, complaints, and credits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, and customer needs.
- Use data, reports, and analytics to identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Support cross- and up-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Participate in small to moderate projects and provide guidance to new employees as needed.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of customer-focused experience in a B2B or B2C environment, ideally within supply chain or order management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills—you enjoy connecting with people at all levels.
- Proficiency with computer systems (SAP, AS400, NAV) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve.
