We’re looking for a licensed Millwright to join our client's Charlottetown team. In this role, you’ll take on a mix of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a range of production equipment. What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to keep equipment in top shape.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Install, align, maintain, and dismantle machinery as required.
• Pitch in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records while following all safety and compliance standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Millwright (433A) license or equivalent trade certification.
• Hands-on experience with machinery installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• HVAC experience is considered a strong asset.
• A team player who’s eager to jump in and support wherever needed.
• Safety-first mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of working with heavy equipment in a dynamic production setting.
