Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative, organizational and operational assistance to Food Safety/Quality department
- Support maintenance of quality data in internal systems
- Maintain organized filing systems to include electronic and paper records
- Support with document control revisions, communication and distribution of updates
- Document and batch review for accuracy, completion and adherence to site requirements
- Heavy data entry and database management
- Pulling records, filing of records and reviewing records for data extraction
- Maintain a safe working environment. Understand, follow, and support company policies and procedures in addition to corporate and local safety initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 5-7 years of administrative experience (food/drug manufacturing or regulated industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and document control skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong data review skills
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain professional departmental relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience with project and time management
