Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative, organizational and operational assistance to Food Safety/Quality department
  • Support maintenance of quality data in internal systems
  • Maintain organized filing systems to include electronic and paper records
  • Support with document control revisions, communication and distribution of updates
  • Document and batch review for accuracy, completion and adherence to site requirements
  • Heavy data entry and database management
  • Pulling records, filing of records and reviewing records for data extraction
  • Maintain a safe working environment. Understand, follow, and support company policies and procedures in addition to corporate and local safety initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

 

Position Qualifications:


  • High school diploma required
  • 5-7 years of administrative experience (food/drug manufacturing or regulated industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and document control skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong data review skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain professional departmental relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong experience with project and time management
