About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Process Technician to support reagent manufacturing and production operations in a regulated environment. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, performing quality control testing, and ensuring processes meet ISO and GMP standards. The successful candidate will also help improve production efficiency and support new product transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and test reagents using manual and automated equipment
• Operate, clean, and maintain mixing, filtering, and dispensing systems
• Perform quality control analysis and inspect incoming raw materials
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Support process improvements, troubleshooting, and deviation investigations
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance procedures
• Train new team members and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in a science-related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing required PPE
