Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer-focused product support.
- Drive parts sales efficiency.
- Ensure departmental profitability and overall department performance.
- Market, plan, and initiate all parts department functions.
- Assist with the attraction, retention, and effective engagement of department personnel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Parts Department operations, with experience in leading and developing others.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Currently holding a Parts Manager role or a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department.
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
