Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle customer repair/service/warranty order and reporting
- Perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently
- Field customer inquiries to the Service Department
- Maintain Work In Progress and Product Improvement Program processes
- Work with Service Technicians to ensure clear and accurate communication to customers
- Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
- Follow all safety regulations
- Build positive and productive relationships with all departments
Requirements
- Previous Service Writer experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Positive attitude, attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A minimum Grade 12 education/equivalent
- Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays if necessary
