We have an enterprise customer in the cyber security domain that is looking for two marketing executives.
- Senior Director, Product Marketing
- North America Regional Field Marketing Leader
Role: Senior Director, Product Marketing
Location: Preferably Austin, TX (Hybrid)
This confidential executive search is for a senior product marketing leader who will help define the next era of AI-driven cybersecurity. Leadership has articulated a clear ambition: unify innovation, platform depth, and threat intelligence into a coherent story capable of earning recognition as the leading AI Security platform globally.
This is not a maintenance PMM role. It is a market-shaping mandate. The organization is scaling quickly, and this leader will be expected to bring clarity, operating discipline, and category-level perspective to a platform with significant enterprise momentum.
Scope of Leadership
- Lead and develop a global product marketing organization of approximately 30–40 professionals, predominantly senior PMMs.
- Set standards for messaging, positioning, launch rigor, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement.
- Operate as a peer to executive leadership across Product, Sales, Threat Research, and Regional Marketing.
Core Mandate
- Define and sharpen the AI Security platform narrative so that customers, sellers, and analysts can clearly articulate differentiation without prompting.
- Elevate launch discipline and establish repeatable operating rhythms that increase speed and precision across GTM motions.
- Translate complex technical innovation into a cohesive, defensible market position.
- Ensure market insight materially informs product strategy and roadmap priorities.
Market & Analyst Engagement
The company participates actively with major cybersecurity analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC). This role is expected to elevate that engagement—from participating in evaluations to contributing to how the broader AI Security platform category is defined and assessed.
What Success Looks Like (9–18 Months)
- A globally consistent, enterprise-ready platform narrative.
- Clear improvements in analyst perception and competitive positioning.
- PMMs operating as strategic GTM leaders, not tactical launch coordinators.
- Strong executive confidence in marketing’s ability to drive disciplined execution at scale.
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years leading product marketing in enterprise cybersecurity or deeply technical B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success shaping platform or category narratives at scale.
- Experience influencing Tier-1 industry analysts and enterprise buying frameworks.
- Proven ability to scale PMM organizations with accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Executive-level communication skills with low-ego, high-standards leadership style.

Role: North America Regional Field Marketing Leader
Location: Preferably Irving / Las Colinas, TX (Hybrid)
This confidential executive search seeks a regional marketing leader to help define the next phase of enterprise growth in North America. Leadership has been candid that the regional model must evolve to align with a more globally directed GTM structure while increasing measurable revenue impact in-market.
The expectation is straightforward: marketing must be viewed by quota-carrying sales leaders as indispensable to achieving their number.
Scope of Leadership
- Lead a North America marketing organization of approximately 25 professionals.
- Partner directly with regional enterprise sales leadership and global marketing teams.
- Oversee strategic account engagement, executive briefings, partner/channel initiatives, and field execution programs.
Evolution of the Regional Model
Historically, regional marketing has centered largely around in-person programs and event execution. The forward model increases emphasis on:
- Strategic, account-based engagement for enterprise opportunities
- Partner and channel co-marketing alignment
- Programs tied to measurable pipeline quality, win-rate improvement, ARR growth, and expansion
- Close coordination with globally directed campaigns and flagship events
The objective is disciplined revenue contribution—not increased activity volume.
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
- Sales leadership explicitly credits regional marketing with influencing key enterprise wins.
- Improved pipeline quality and enterprise deal velocity.
- Expansion motion strengthened through deeper platform adoption.
- Clear operating standards and accountability across a distributed team.
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years leading enterprise B2B regional or field marketing teams.
- Cybersecurity or advanced enterprise technology background preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to shift teams toward account- and partner-centric execution with measurable impact.
- Comfortable operating within a globally led, matrixed organization.
- Operator with strong communication discipline and bias toward measurable outcomes.
