RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform advanced design and engineering tasks in the following skillset domains: Directory Services, Identity and Access Management, Windows Server, and automation/scripting.
  • Take charge of complex troubleshooting and incident resolution events.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to devise and execute solutions for business requirements.
  • Develop and implement system security measures in alignment with Information Security standards.
  • Create and revise operational procedures and processes.
  • Supervise, maintain, and implement security measures to safeguard PCG's cloud systems.
  • Manage and enhance the enterprise identity infrastructure, encompassing but not limited to Windows Server Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, DNS, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML2, audit tools, Group Policy, LAPS, and more.
  • Perform all assigned duties.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a deep understanding of fundamental Microsoft cloud technologies and services pertaining to Identity, such as Azure AD, Defender for Identity, Office365, Roles, and Service Principals.
  • Have a solid foundation in Systems Administration principles, including systems automation, change management, capacity planning, documentation, etc.
  • Demonstrate substantial knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory design, implementation, and support.
  • Showcase experience in designing and implementing Directory Federation Services like ADFS, Okta, or PingOne in conjunction with public cloud services (e.g., O365, Salesforce, etc.) and other applications.
  • Possess a good grasp of certificate management services, including PKI, CA, and AD CS.
  • Bring experience with Microsoft Mobile Access Management (Intune).
  • Exhibit proficiency in integrating new organizations into existing directories and IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with various industry compliance and regulatory information security standards such as HIPAA, SOC1, SOC2, HITRUST, and NIST is highly desired.
  • Display strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks and collaborate within a small or large team spanning multiple business units/practice areas.
  • Self-motivated, self-managed individual with strong leadership skills.


BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

  • A relevant bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred.
  • Possess 10-15 years of experience in Windows, Systems, and Network administration.
  • Have at least 4 years of practical experience in Identity and Access Management in the context of enterprise cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, Azure and AWS, and ITIL is preferred.

  • This job operates in a professional office environment (Austin,TX).
  • This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours
