The Project Manager will be entrusted with the application of extensive and diverse knowledge of engineering principles across various domains.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team comprising EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to generate construction plans, exhibits, reports, tables, etc., as requested or required by clients.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and deliverables essential for the progress of single-family residential and commercial projects.
• Apply advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related sciences and disciplines.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead a substantial and significant engineering project or multiple smaller projects, each with intricate features.
• Engage with clients and other consultants, requiring effective communication skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer

Experience Requirements:

• Over 7 years of post-graduate experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to cultivate robust relationships
