About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing commercial security integrator serving airports, banks, logistics centers, high-value retail operations, and enterprise clients across Texas.
Over the past three years, the company has grown more than 50% year-over-year and continues expanding into new divisions including aerial/mobile surveillance and aviation-related services.
Unlike many integrators
- All technicians are full-time employees (no subcontracting model)
- Projects are commercial-grade (not residential alarm installs)
- There is a structured in-house training lab for hands-on development
- Employees work Monday–Friday
- Clear pathways exist for advancement into leadership, programming, and project roles
- Compensation of ~22-30/hour, depending upon experience
