Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, growth-minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and daily financial management across a portfolio of affiliated entities under common ownership. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the President & CEO, with responsibility for ensuring financial integrity, optimizing cash flow, and supporting expansion into new ventures.
Unlike large corporate CFO positions, this role is designed for a financial leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment—balancing day-to-day financial discipline with the ability to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and portfolio growth. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step into their first CFO seat—perhaps coming out of a Big Four or mid-market consulting background, looking to move off the road, and eager to apply their skills to a growing portfolio of businesses.
This role is less about managing a large corporate machine and more about becoming the financial dashboard for the CEO: someone who can keep cash flow tight, financials clean, and help guide smart growth decisions.
Location: Belton, TX (Headquarters; in-office only)
Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 base + performance bonus (TBD)
