We have a contract with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to provide IT support services in Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) across the DoD enterprise. Likewise, we have a forthcoming opportunity to support the ongoing modernization and sustainment of IT systems at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), the Department of Defense’s flagship medical facility and a critical part of the Military Health System (MHS). We need candidates for the blow roles, as they play a key role in delivering secure, responsive, and mission-aligned IT services to enable clinical care, medical research, and operational readiness.

  • Application Engineer III: Leads enterprise-level design, architecture, and implementation of software and systems. Responsibilities include administering software infrastructure, writing custom automation scripts, and overseeing system integrity, performance, and cybersecurity controls in accordance with DoD policies.
  • Application Programmer III: Executes full lifecycle application development—design, code, test, debug, and maintain systems. Supports enterprise clinical and administrative applications, contributing to system enhancements and troubleshooting. May supervise junior developers and is expected to perform high-complexity tasks independently.
  • Application Programmer II: Focuses on development and support of web-based and client-server applications. Contributes to UI/UX design, site enhancements, and integration of visual and functional elements supporting BAMC’s internal and external communications. Responsible for software maintenance, bug fixes, and feature updates.

All three positions require active DoD cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security) and federal background investigations (T2–T3), aligning with BAMC's cybersecurity and compliance mandates. These professionals collaborate with the CIO/J6 team, supporting a secure, scalable IT ecosystem essential to BAMC’s delivery of world-class care and operational efficiency.
