OVERVIEW
We are seeking an ALM (SailPoint IIQ) Developer/Engineer (W2 ONLY; no C2C) experienced in Access Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, particularly focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ. The selected candidate will lead the technical direction, development, and execution of ALM solutions, ensuring operational success, maintenance, and enhancements of ALM, along with dedicated support for SailPoint IdentityIQ. The end customer for these solutions is the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate's (S&T) Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. ***Must be a US Citizen***
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert technical guidance for ALM, aligning with DHS S&T ICAM policies
- Develop and maintain ALM target architecture compliant with DHS S&T ICAM framework
- Support ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQ through technical assistance and project support, adhering to DHS ICAM policies
- Lead and support ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ development, testing, integration, migration, and execution activities, ensuring alignment with DHS ICAM requirements
- Implement innovative automation strategies in line with DHS ICAM principles
- Lead upgrades and enhancements, ensuring compliance with DHS ICAM standards
- Track and report enhancement requests from customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with DHS ICAM objectives
- Perform engineering and system administration tasks for SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability, while adhering to DHS ICAM policies
- Develop repeatable processes for application integration into ALM, following DHS ICAM guidelines
- Develop standardized application integration patterns, compliant with DHS ICAM requirements
- Configure and enhance workflows to meet DHS ICAM standards
- Integrate ALM with Component specific systems and incorporate Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) requirements as per DHS ICAM framework
- Support operations and maintenance of ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring adherence to DHS ICAM policies
- Perform health checks to ensure system integrity and compliance with DHS ICAM regulations
- Support documentation requirements, ensuring alignment with DHS ICAM guidelines
- Conduct gap analysis to address current state capabilities and services in relation to DHS ICAM requirements
- Leverage technological innovations and industry best practices to ensure security, scalability, and interoperability, in accordance with DHS ICAM principles
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years of experience providing expertise and support for complex IT and ICAM solutions and systems
- 3 years of expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Certification from SailPoint as either a SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and demonstrate diagnostic ability
- Executive presence with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven influencing skills
