Continue Supporting Military Healthcare IT – Opportunities for Incumbent Contractors at numerous CONUS MTF's (USAFA Clinic, WPMC, NHCP & Little Rock AFB)

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is transitioning to a new, consolidated IT services model across multiple Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs). We’re reaching out to the skilled IT professionals already delivering these services today. Your knowledge of the systems, workflows, and mission needs is critical—and we want to keep your expertise on the ground, ensuring a smooth handoff and uninterrupted support for medical staff and patients.

Who We Are

Our team combines proven leaders in DHA IT services, bringing together organizations that know the mission, the environment, and the importance of retaining experienced people like you:

  • A1FedImpact – A trusted IT solutions provider with a decade of experience supporting DHA, the Air Force, and federal health programs. We’ve led enterprise migrations, Med-COI transitions, and sustainment efforts across hundreds of Military Treatment Facilities.
  • VetRamp – A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business focused on veteran-powered IT teams, with a strong track record of placing cleared, skilled IT professionals across Defense Health contracts nationwide.
  • ECS – A leading technology partner delivering enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, and application support across DoD and civilian agencies, including long-standing work with DHA.

Together, we bring technical expertise, proven past performance, and a commitment to retaining top talent—especially the people already making these MTFs successful today.

  • USAF Academy (Colorado Springs, CO)
  • Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base (Dayton, OH)
  • Little Rock Air Force Base (Little Rock, AR)
  • Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (Oceanside, CA)

If you’re currently delivering IT services at one of these facilities—or have done so recently—we want to connect with you.

Roles We’re Looking to Retain

(On-site positions supporting day-to-day IT operations for medical staff and mission-critical technology.)

  • IT Service Desk Specialist (Level I & II) – First line of support for clinicians, troubleshooting end-user issues and keeping systems operational.
  • Systems Administrator (Level I & II) – Maintain servers, Active Directory, and secure access to medical applications and networks.
  • Network Administrator (Level II) – Monitor and manage local network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity for patient care systems.
  • Information Assurance / Security Specialist (Level II–III) – Safeguard sensitive DoD and medical data, enforce cybersecurity policies, and maintain accreditation.
  • Application Engineer (Level II) – Support and troubleshoot medical applications, SharePoint environments, and essential databases.
  • Video Teleconference (VTC) Specialist (Level II) (Camp Pendleton only) – Provide reliable telehealth, command briefing, and remote collaboration support.

Why Connect With Us

  • Continuity first: We know how disruptive contractor transitions can be. Our priority is keeping experienced people in place to maintain the quality of IT support the medical staff relies on.
  • A winning team: With a combined history of successful DHA program delivery, we’re positioned to win—and retain the workforce that already knows the mission.
  • Respect for your expertise: You’ve built relationships, knowledge, and trust at your MTF. We want you to keep doing what you do best without disruption.
