We are seeking Ranch Manager candidates to oversee a 4,000-acre hunting camp and timber management operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hunting camp, including property and building maintenance, facility upkeep, and groundskeeping.
- Manage daily operations, such as scheduling guest visits, stocking supplies, and assisting members and guests.
- Work with local cooks, housecleaning and maintenance contractors help to schedule services on an as needed basis.
- Keep precise records of camp activities and expenditures.
- Work collaboratively to implement plans for road maintenance, wildlife habitat management, and equipment upkeep.
Requirements:
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in property management or a similar field.
- Ability to reside on-site full-time.

Proficiency in operating tractors and heavy equipment (bush hog, seeder/seed drill, sprayers and other implements for wildlife food plot management).
- Skilled in light maintenance tasks and implementing regular upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must pass a drug screening test.
Compensation:
- $35,000 to $40,000, depending on experience, PLUS
- Exclusive use of 2BR lodge overlooking Big Black River with all utilities provided (water, electricity, gas, high speed internet).
- Potential additional compensation for husband/wife teams capable of providing cooking and cleaning services.
