Ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical finance expertise with operational problem-solving, this role offers excellent exposure to treasury, payment operations, financial reporting, and business partnering within a dynamic iGaming environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Take ownership of all Payment Service Provider (PSP) operations, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Perform high-volume reconciliations across PSPs, bank accounts, and accounting systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Validate PSP fees against agreed commercial terms and identify any anomalies.
  • Monitor settlement timelines and follow up on delayed settlements with providers.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of payment processing fees and transaction costs.
  • Manage PSP-related communications and maintain accurate records, statements, and supporting documentation.
  • Produce regular reporting on PSP performance, including transaction volumes, settlement performance, fee analysis, and balance positions.
  • Support the onboarding of new PSPs by working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts, wallets, and currencies.
  • Initiate and track outgoing payments while ensuring compliance with internal approval processes.
  • Support short-term cash flow forecasting and treasury management activities.
  • Prepare regular cash position reports, highlighting risks, exceptions, and liquidity requirements.
  • Upload PSP transactions into the accounting system and assist with journals, bookkeeping, and month-end processes.
  • Support VAT returns, audit preparation, financial reporting, and ad hoc finance projects.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation and operational efficiencies.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

  • Bring at least 2 years' experience in finance, treasury, or payment operations with direct exposure to Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
  • Demonstrate strong experience managing PSP portals, settlements, reconciliations, and payment operations.
