This one’s a showstopper! We’re looking for a Global Art/Design Director to lead a powerhouse team of designers and shape the visual heartbeat of our brand. You’ll develop and execute stunning design strategies that elevate our platform provider to new creative heights.
As a key player in the business, you’ll collaborate across departments, champion creativity, and ensure our output is nothing short of world-class.
This position is hybrid in Malta.

Vision Crafting: Build and execute a bold design strategy that boosts our brand’s image, connects emotionally with our audience, and drives engagement across every touchpoint.

Concept Leadership: Take the creative reins on marketing campaigns, product visuals, video storyboards, and experiential design, turning great ideas into unforgettable visuals.

Collaboration Mastery: Partner with marketing and other teams to develop clear, goal-driven briefs that outline the vision, timelines, and deliverables for every project.

Asset Overlord: Oversee the creation of high-impact assets, from social content and marketing materials to sleek websites, ensuring every piece speaks our brand’s language.

Quality Guardian: Ensure all creative output is polished, on-brand, and consistent across every channel, from concept to final delivery.

Feedback Guru: Guide and mentor teams throughout the design process, giving constructive feedback to keep every project aligned, cohesive, and on-point.

Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, and use them to keep our brand fresh, modern, and relevant.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Qualified Creator: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Seasoned Leader: 8 -10+ years in a creative leadership role, with a portfolio that screams innovation and excellence.

Industry Enthusiast: Previous experience or a strong passion for the iGaming industry.

Adobe Aficionado: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and beyond.

Design Virtuoso: Exceptional eye for composition, colour, and storytelling, your visuals don’t just look good, they feel good.

Project Juggler: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines without dropping the creative ball.

Game Ready: Experience creating art assets for PC, Console, or Slot Machine games is a huge plus.
