As Casino Manager, you’ll oversee and optimise the gaming experience across multiple brands, with more launches already in the pipeline. This position is hybrid based in Malta.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


  • Partner Power: Manage daily communication with partners, nurturing and developing long-term relationships.
  • Game Curation: Oversee game selection, ensuring alignment with industry trends, geo-targeting, and player preferences.
  • Deal Maker: Negotiate and manage commercial and contractual agreements, focusing on marketing and promotional opportunities.
  • Retention Magic: Collaborate with the CRM team to build and execute powerful retention strategies across Casino and Live Casino.
  • Platform Mastery: Operate and manage the back office, overseeing the onboarding and off-boarding of games.
  • Performance Insight: Conduct preliminary assessments, analytics and workflow reporting to optimise overall performance.
  • Market Watch: Monitor trends and analyse competitor strategies to stay one step ahead.
  • Workflow Wizardry: Organise and streamline workflows using task management tools.
  • Supplier Synergy: Work closely with suppliers and partners to maintain and enhance the casino platform, setting new industry standards.
  • Synchronising Strategy: Work with the Casino Director on an effective, clear and creative strategy for casino.


WHAT CAN YOU DO?


  • Fluent English: Native or proficient English speaker.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar iGaming role (Casino Partnership Manager, Casino Account Manager, etc.).
  • Game Expertise: Strong knowledge of Casino and Live Casino products, platforms, player behaviours, contracts, rates, bonus caps and marketing contributions.
  • Negotiation Ninja: Proven success in closing partnership deals with strong commercial acumen.
  • Presenter Pro: Confident presentation skills to convey product strategies to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability Ace: Ability to thrive under shifting priorities and tight deadlines with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Learning Mindset: Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry innovation.
  • Communication Champ: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tool Savvy: Familiarity with Customer.io, Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Docs, Jira or Asana is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously with strong self-organisation.
