You’ll oversee game releases, ensure regulatory compliance across multiple markets, and help deliver a smooth, engaging gaming experience for players worldwide. The position is hybrid based in Malta.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Game Launcher: Manage and release new games across all company websites.
• Data Guru: Add and maintain game data, including free spins, tags, trophies, reviews, thumbnails, backgrounds, RTP, and other essential information.
• Achievement Architect: Add and name game achievements and new rewards.
• Compliance Checker: Test games to ensure correct functionality and compliance across required currencies and territories.
• Tournament Builder: Set up tournaments and rewards based on CRM requests and requirements.
• Battle Tester: Continuously test the 'Battle of Slots' product to ensure smooth gameplay.
• Provider Liaison: Follow up with game providers on day-to-day tasks while maintaining strong relationships.
• Documentation Hero: Compile and maintain documentation and prepare reports as required.
• Support Champion: Address support and escalation tickets, ensuring SLAs are maintained.
• All-Rounder: Handle any other tasks or responsibilities connected to the Casino Coordinator role.

WHO WE’RE AFTER

• iGaming Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in a similar iGaming or customer-facing role.
• Game Knowledge: Strong understanding of casino games.
• Communication Star: Excellent spoken and written English skills.
