WHAT’S THE JOB?

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Development Superstar to join the growing sales squad in a brand that’s redefining outdoor luxury experiences!

As the first friendly voice our future customers hear, you’ll be the one turning curious clicks into meaningful conversations. When hotels and resorts reach out for a quote, you’ll jump in as their brand ambassador and pre-sales expert, getting to know their needs, qualifying their interest, and introducing them to the magic of the brand.

Think of yourself as the bridge between curiosity and collaboration, helping each potential partner find the right path before passing them along to our senior sales team for the big projects.

This position is hybrid based in Malta.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead Engagement: Be the friendly first voice! Reach out to prospects right after they request a cabin quote, give them a warm welcome, and introduce them to the world of luxury cabins.
  • Customer Qualification: Play detective, figure out who’s reaching out (hotel, resort, hospitality group, or solo buyer) and identify the best next steps for each opportunity.
  • Information Support: Be their go-to guru! Share key details about the brands products, answer those first burning questions, and shine a light on what makes the brand truly unique.
  • Smart Selling: Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities like a pro. Suggest the perfect add-ons, customisations, or service options to elevate their experience.
  • Sharp Segmentation: Know when to pass the baton! Route high-potential or large-scale leads to the Sales Managers, while confidently handling smaller or exploratory requests yourself.
  • CRM Mastery: Keep it clean and clear — log every call, note, and detail in the CRM so the whole team stays in sync and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Team Collaboration: Teamwork makes the dream work! Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach scripts, sharpen qualification methods, and boost conversion rates together.



WHO ARE YOU?

  • Sales Savvy: You’ve got at least 6 months to 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles — bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality or real estate!
  • Conversation Pro: You know how to talk the talk, confident, clear, and charming on the phone with a voice that makes people want to keep listening.
  • Listening Legend: You don’t just hear, you actively listen. Quick to spot what customers need and how the brand can make it happen.
  • Detail Dynamo: You thrive on staying organised, juggling multiple leads, and keeping your workflow smooth and steady. No chaos here!
  • Tech Touch: You’re familiar with Monday.com (or quick to learn it!) and love using smart tools to stay on top of your game.
  • Passion Power: You’ve got a genuine enthusiasm for design, hospitality, and sustainable living, the stuff that makes this companies world go round.
