Salary Bracket: €30,000 - €38,000

WHAT'S THE JOB

We're looking for a detail-focused PSP Reconciliation Analyst to join a growing Finance team within the iGaming industry.

This is a hands-on role focused on keeping financial transactions across multiple payment service providers and bank accounts accurate, reconciled, and on track. You'll play an important role in supporting financial reporting, month-end processes, and the smooth running of PSP-related finance operations.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting discrepancies, and getting to the bottom of the numbers — with plenty of scope to learn, improve processes, and grow within the business.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions across multiple PSPs and bank accounts.
  • Carry out weekly and monthly PSP reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile settlements, deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks, and reserves.
  • Support the Finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyse financial data, identify variances, and highlight findings and recommendations.
  • Support the automation and improvement of finance and reconciliation processes.
  • Work closely with Payments, Operations, Treasury, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure reconciliations are completed within agreed deadlines.
  • Support the team with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

WHAT CAN YOU DO

  • Bring previous experience within the Gaming/iGaming industry, particularly in PSP reconciliation is highly desirable.
  • Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Be highly analytical with a strong eye for detail.
  • Be comfortable working with large volumes of transactional data.
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables.
  • Be able to investigate discrepancies and confidently work through financial data to identify the issue.
  • Work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English.
  • Be organised, reliable, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Bring a proactive, problem-solving approach and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
