WHAT'S THE JOB?
We’re partnering with a growing business to find an Office Coordinator who will play a key role in creating a smooth, organised, and welcoming workplace.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. From managing office operations and supporting employee onboarding to coordinating events and supplier relationships, you’ll be at the centre of the day-to-day employee experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and takes pride in creating an environment where people can do their best work.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance providers to ensure high workplace standards.
- Monitor office supplies and manage stock levels, placing orders when required.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, including workspace preparation and office setup.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, team activities, and internal initiatives.
- Support health and safety processes, helping ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters and external suppliers.
- Coordinate office repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships.
- Help establish, improve, and document office procedures and operational processes.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
