WHAT’S THE JOB

A leading Corporate Services Provider in Malta is seeking a motivated Human Resources Administrator to join their expanding team on a full-time basis.

The Human Resources Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR department, reporting to the HR Manager, and ensuring smooth HR operations with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and record-keeping.

This position is hybrid based in Malta.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • HR Support Hub: Provide clerical support to the HR department, keeping operations running seamlessly.
  • Recruitment Ally: Assist Line Managers and the HR Manager with the recruitment process, from drafting job postings to coordinating interviews.
  • Contract Coordinator: Help draft contracts and manage the employee engagement and termination processes efficiently.
  • Record Keeper: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential HR files, records, and documentation with precision.
  • Authority Liaison: Submit employee information to relevant authorities and departments in a timely manner.
  • Payroll Partner: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure updates are communicated for accurate monthly payroll processing.
  • Onboarding Guide: Lead the induction process for new hires and support ongoing training initiatives.
  • Conflict Solver: Support the HR Manager in addressing employee complaints, helping resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Performance Booster: Assist with performance management processes to drive employee growth and productivity.
  • Event Planner: Help organize and execute company events to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Flex Contributor: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the HR team’s objectives.


WHO ARE YOU?

  • Eager Professional: You have a minimum A-Level education and ideally 1 year of experience in an HR or similar role.
  • Law Savvy: Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law and experience with Maltese entities is a plus, but not essential.
  • Clear Communicator: Your excellent written and spoken English, paired with strong interpersonal skills, shines in professional settings.
  • Confidentiality Champion: You handle sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Organized Multitasker: Your top-notch organizational and time management skills keep you on track, even under pressure.
  • Detail Detective: Your keen eye for detail ensures accuracy in all tasks, from records to reports.
  • Tech Confident: You’re highly proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools.
