WHAT'S THE JOB?  
This is the opportunity for someone with a love for helping and actively listening to customers to join a growing team who are experts in the German market. You will be the first point of call for customers needing your help and advice, providing valuable insights into the marketing team on customer trends and being an all round CS superstar!  
This is a hybrid position based in Malta.
 
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO? 
- 
Chat Savvy: Support Customers via live chat and email.  
- 
Fabulous Feedback: Liaise with other departments, providing direct feedback from players sharing with the relevant teams.  
- 
Top Tier: Maintain an exquisite level of service when speaking with customers.  
- 
Target Driven: Meet all required SLA’s.  
- 
Helping Hand: Assist other operations departments e.g. Payments, Risk & Fraud, AML… 
- 
Insight Sharing: Provide feedback regarding ongoing customer issues. 
- Promote company values and advocate for the company. 
- 
Team Sync: Liaise with third party providers 
 
WHAT CAN YOU DO? 
- 
Language Whizz: German speaking is a must, both written and english at a Native level and fluent in English
- 
Know Your Stuff: Ideally 6 months to 1 year experience working in the iGaming industry and within a Customer Service environment 
- 
Customer First: Customer focused and always have the customer in mind when taking action
- 
Positive Penny: Can-do positive attitude and a team player 
- 
Learning Dynamo: Ambitious to learn and eager to take on additional responsibilities
