Ready to take charge of an exciting, fast-growing online crypto casino operation? As Casino Manager, you’ll be leading the casino operations, growing the team and reporting into and working very closely with the COO and CEO. You will be integral in maintaining and creating a gaming experience non-comparable to others. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your expertise drives the growth and innovation of a leading iGaming platform.
This position is remote across Europe.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Partner Power: Build and maintain strong daily communication with partners, fostering long-term, strategic relationships.

Game Curation: Lead the selection and management of games, ensuring alignment with industry trends, regional targeting, and player preferences.

Deal Maker: Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and contracts, maximising marketing and promotional opportunities.

Retention Magic: Work closely with the CRM team to design and implement effective retention strategies for Casino and Live Casino verticals.

Platform Mastery: Oversee the back-office operations, managing game onboarding and offboarding on the platform.

Performance Insight: Analyse workflows, run reports, and provide actionable insights to optimise overall platform performance.

Market Watch: Track industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Workflow Wizardry: Streamline and organise workflows using task management tools to maximise efficiency.

Supplier Synergy: Collaborate with suppliers and partners to enhance platform performance and set industry benchmarks.

Strategy Synchronisation: Partner with the Casino Director to create clear, innovative, and actionable strategic plans for the casino.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Fluent English: Native or highly proficient English speaker.

Crypto Curious: A Crypto lover, constantly following the industry trends, whats up, whats down...

Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar iGaming role (casino coordination/manager).

Game Expertise: Deep understanding of Casino and Live Casino products, platforms, player behaviour, contracts, rates, bonus caps, and marketing contributions.

Negotiation Ninja: Demonstrated success in closing partnership deals with strong commercial judgement.

Presenter Pro: Confident in presenting product strategies and insights to stakeholders.

Adaptability Ace: Thrives under changing priorities and tight deadlines, with excellent organisational skills.
