A thriving iGaming business are looking to grow their Legal team, with new brands bursting at the seams you will be working closely with the Head of Legal on many business matters, new contracts and so on. 

Not only will you be exposed to many areas of the business you will have ample opportunity to learn and thrive. 

This position is based in Malta and on a hybrid basis. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

• Seal the Deal: Review, draft and negotiate contracts for the business from providers to clients and more.
• Legal Knowhow: Assist in implementing and maintaining legal best practice.
• Perfect Promotion: Assist, advocate and educate the business on legal processes.
• Cheeky Checks: Assist with licensing applications and due diligence.
• Know The Rules: Assist with IP, GDPR and corporate law matters.
• Helping Hand: Provide day to day legal support for the business.
• Lovely Liaison: Liaise with external counsel as well as business stakeholders.

WHAT CAN YOU DO? 

• Congrats!: You hold a Law Degree and are qualified within the EEA or UK.
• Clause Craft: Experienced in negotiating and drafting contracts.
• Trial Triumph: Exposure to litigation is a plus.
• Solution Sprint: Maintain a proactive and problem solving attitude.
• iGaming whizz: Previous experience from the iGaming industry or from a software development company is a great advantage.
• Responsibility Rocket: High level of independence and accountability.
• Coherent Composition: Draft legal letters, agreements and other documentation.
