Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Meet all service standards set forth by the client or the company.

• Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate or Symbility (as

required). Train on these estimating tools as needed.

• Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by

company standards.

• Complete estimates within 24 hours of assignment

• Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.

• All other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Knowledge of our main operating systems; RMS and Xactimate

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience

• Experience with estimating software

Preferred Education and Experience

• Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead)

• Experience with writing estimates in Xactimate

Physical Requirement

• Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 80% of the time

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to

access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a

calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.

• Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents

• Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face

to face

Work Environment

The employee will be working indoors. The employees will be exposed to normal conditions

in an office environment.

Travel

This position may require up to 10% local travel as needed.
