We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our Environmental Remediation Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of environmental remediation projects, including asbestos abatement and demolition.
• Develop, estimate, and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance and leadership in all areas of environmental remediation.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, maintaining open and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and performance.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of work, implementing quality control processes and standards.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, and demolition projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications in environmental remediation or related areas are a plus.
